The  Center  for  Hyperbaric  Medicine  routinely
has  staff  available  from  8:00 am  to  5:00 pm
Monday  through  Friday  to  answer  questions,
schedule  evaluations  or  appointments.  You 
can  contact  the  unit  by  calling  (304) 347-6482.

To  Fax  the  Unit

Prescriptions  for  HBO  Evaluation  can  be  faxed
to  the  unit  at  (304) 347-6815.  The  Center  for
Hyperbaric  Medicine  upon  receipt  will 
contact  the  patient  and  schedule  an
appointment  for  an  evaluation  at  the  patient's
earliest  convienence.
